Vijaya Kumari was raised between the UK and India in a yoga family trained in the lineage of Swami Satyananda and Swami Vivekananda.

She has guided actors, spiritual seekers and royal families. Her teaching is grounded, practical, and rooted in classical Hatha Yoga.

She brings this living tradition into a form that is both accessible and profound.

These teachings are shared with care — never to convince, only to invite.

I have practised Yog for over 30 years and taught for over 20 years. I want you to Learn and understand what Yog actually is!

My knowledge comes directly from Swami Satyananda and Swami Vivekananda who trained, taught and inspired knowledge of Yog directly to family members who in turn shared this knowledge onto me.

And I would like to thank Swami Shyam for his guidance over the years.
